Establish a client facing role for  account’s within the Benelux to interlink the 2 organizations of Client and own Organization stronger in order to allow for optimal partnership development.

Tailor overall account structure incl. Account Management to this newly decoupled business.


    • Establish, maintain and expand a broad network and trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders in the Client organization by high-impact as well as socializing meetings;
    • Bridge potential gaps in geo, language and culture by representing the Organization, our capabilities and values virtually and face-to-face when possible;
    • Get in-depth understanding of the Client’s development roadmap and priorities, such as new KPIs, services, functionalities (the ‚bigger picture‘) and communicate to the stakeholders;
    • Identify, understand, extract and communicate Client’s requirements to all relevant stakeholders;
    • Closely monitor market developments (Client, competition, regulatory framework, etc.) in order to assess potential impacts and opportunities on the business scope and derive tangible actions;
    • Proactively identify new opportunities and communicate to and orchestrate with relevant stakeholders;
    • Increase likelihood of business awards by actively influencing the Buying Center on Client side;
    • Represent the Organization, its service offering and capabilities to all relevant Client stakeholders, ensuring deliverability at all times, including e.g. service offering, existing and greenfield site options, technology and transformative ability;
    • Ensure tight commercial management (P&L, Flash, budget, reforecast);
    • Accountability for end-to-end invoicing cycle;
    • Become aware, communicate, influence and improve tactical changes to processes and procedures;
    • Demonstrate transformational capability by conceptualizing and executing frameworks for Innovation and Continuous Improvement;
    • Negotiate contracts with the Client, ensure full contract compliance and manage the contract change process, working closely with Legal, Compliance and other internal stakeholders;
    • Work closely with all internal Stakeholders to create a cross-country harmonized approach;
    • Support solution design in alignment with different Teams including Sales, Bid Management, KAM, Technology and Regional / Country Organizations;
    • Drive more efficient and seamless delivery by proposing and ensuring enhancements, automation and best practices;
    • Be sensitive to identify potential escalations to ringfence and manage with lowest impact; support escalation management on the ground for escalations triggered by local Teams.

Competences and professional background

  • 5+ years of experience in a BPO/Business environment with experience in consulting, outsourcing, operations, Client management or business solutions;
  • Candidate must be educated to degree level in a relevant business discipline and / or hold a professional qualification;
  • Excellent communication skills to lead both client and internal stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization;
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch language, any further language beneficial;
  • Experience in Advertising management, advertising campaign management, Marketing, Sales beneficial;
  • Strong, confident presenting skills;
  • Proven success in the design of winning solutions;
  • Working knowledge of PC technologies and IT business applications;
  • Ability to work in a demanding and intense work environment;
  • Data driven and hungry to allow for fact-based decisions;
  • Strong methodological skills, certification in COPC, Six Sigma and similar beneficial; => not mandatory but a clear ++
  • Experience in leading cross-country, high-impact projects;
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as the relevant details;
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;
  • Demonstrable achievement within an extremely fast-paced, results-driven, highly ambiguous and dynamic environment;
  • Meet multiple deadlines consistently;
  • Ability to drive change and develop strategies for managing it;
  • Highly motivated, possess the ability to create business cases, prepare sound proposals and understand clients operations and business needs in detail;
  • Ability to embrace accountability for results and constant learning.
